good News 
After talking with a moderator Actifforum that hosts our forum, the problem of color default text editor is now resolved.
It is no longer necessary to switch text mode to get the cyan blue color by default, even in "wysiwyg" mode (What you see is what you get).
This will, I doubt not, very much appreciated by all our members.
